Experteer Overview
In this role you lead Enterprise & Integration Systems, architecting scalable APIs and integration solutions for global clients while driving a refactor of legacy scripts into robust internal products. You shape technical strategy, standards, and reliable infrastructure, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, high-velocity delivery. You guide autonomous, high‑performing squads, balancing business needs with platform health and long‑term evolution. This is a mission to elevate connectivity at scale within a leading open partner ecosystem.

- Collaborate with Product and FinOps to optimize Capex vs Opex (FinOps)

- Proven track record (5+ years) leading engineering teams in fast‑growth environments
- Strong software engineering background; language‑agnostic; AWS experience preferred
- Deep cloud native mindset with knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure; distributed systems and serverless/containerized environments
- Experience with High‑Velocity SDLC, CI/CD, automated testing, and delivering via DORA metrics
- Ability to solve complex problems and mentor teams rather than rely on a single language
- Experience in security and compliance rigor for enterprise‑scale environments
