As an Engineering Manager at Affirm, you will guide a dynamic team of six engineers dedicated to enhancing our Fraud Decisioning System. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership skills, including managing team dynamics and setting clear goals through OKRs and KPIs. Your mission will be to protect Affirm and our clients from fraudulent activities while delivering honest financial products.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
• Background in Fraud/Risk/Financial systems is a plus
• Solid fundamentals in scalable backend services
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
