Role Overview
The Engineering Manager will lead a cross-functional team of software engineers responsible for building full-stack solutions across both backend and frontend systems. This leader will guide the team’s technical direction, ensure high-quality software delivery, and cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth. In addition to managing day-to-day engineering execution, this role requires close partnership with product management, analytics teams, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into scalable technical solutions that enhance the live commerce experience.

Required Qualifications
Professional Experience
- Approximately 10 or more years of experience in software engineering roles, including several years leading engineering teams or managing technical staff.
Engineering Leadership
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring small to mid‑sized engineering teams while fostering a high‑performance, collaborative culture.
Distributed Systems Expertise
- Strong technical background building and operating large‑scale distributed systems designed for high availability, reliability, and scalability.
Delivery & Execution
- Proven ability to drive consistent delivery of complex technical projects while maintaining high standards for performance, quality, and operational excellence.
Agile Development Practices
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum‑based development environments, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and continuous process improvement.
