Your Mission
To elevate engineering excellence, drive platform maturity, and deliver reliable, high-impact CRM solutions that support our global Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and grow a global team of software engineers and technical consultants working on our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform.
- Drive the strategic evolution of our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform by developing forward-looking concepts - including the integration of innovations such as AI - to ensure the CRM landscape scales with SoftwareOne’s future growth.
- Establish and continuously improve software engineering processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Contribute hands-on to design, implementation, documentation and testing.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Owners and, where needed, external partners to deliver impactful solutions.
Salary
EUR 72000 - 84000 per year
