Main Missions

1. Planning & Delivery Management

• Orchestrate technically the prioritization defined by the PO, capacity planning and sprint cadence (via Jira).
• Follow steering indicators: deadlines, quality, workload, risks, estimated vs actual time.

2. Implementation of Pragmatic Scrum

• Lead rituals (Planning, Daily, Review, Retro) with strict time-boxing.
• Clarify and enforce DoR / DoD and organize a clear flow between epic user story task sub-task.

3. Estimation & Breakdown

• Train/coach the team on systematic breakdown.

4. Useful Rituals & Clear Objectives

• Prepare and lead effective rituals, with explicit objectives and clear daily steering for everyone.
• Require preparation from all participants, avoid sterile meetings.

5. Steering by Numbers & Jira

• Be a Jira expert: board configuration, KPI tracking (burndown, remaining work, velocity…).
• Create and maintain objective and pragmatic dashboards; Jira administration (optional but highly appreciated).

6. Proactive Risk & Dependency Management

• Identify, arbitrate, escalate critical risks or dependencies.
• Synchronize Product, QA, Data, Infra teams and technical partners within a sprint.

7. Technical Exemplarity & Mentoring

• Contribute occasionally to code (spikes, pair/mob programming, reviews).
• Ensure fullstack technical mentoring, guarantee standards (tests, security, observability…).

8. Pairing with the PO

• Translate product vision into actionable technical backlog.
• Does not decide product priorities, but guarantees feasibility and commitment.

9. Continuous Improvement & People Management

• Implement simple and actionable monitoring metrics.
• Ensure proximity management: 1:1, individual objectives, people reviews, onboarding, leave.

Technical Skills Required

Development & Engineering:

• PHP Symfony, Go
• Clean code, code reviews, automated tests, CI/CD

Cloud & Infrastructure:

• AWS: IAM, VPC, ECS/EKS, RDS (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), S3, CloudWatch, network security
• Docker / containers

Databases:

• SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Optimization, transactions, migrations, schemas

Tooling & Pipelines:

• Git, GitLab CI/CD, feature flags, artifacts, observability (logs/metrics/traces)

Project Management:

• Jira expert: planning, dashboards, KPIs, administration (optional)
