Engineering Manager

About the Role

The Engineering Manager is responsible for the overall management of engineering studies on one or more modular projects, from the FEED phase to detailed engineering.

He/She coordinates all engineering disciplines (process, mechanical, piping, structure, electrical, instrumentation, automation), ensures compliance with standards and procedures, and manages technical interfaces with engineering subcontractors.

He/She ensures:

• the quality, deadlines, and budget of engineering deliverables,
• interdisciplinary coordination,
• technical reporting to the Project Manager and management,
• compliance of studies with client requirements and international codes.

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of experience, including at least 8 years in EPC Oil & Gas engineering
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager
• Solid expertise in modular projects
• Good knowledge of disciplines: process, piping, layout, structures, electrical
• Mastery of international codes (ASME, API, NACE, ANSI, TEMA, etc.)
• Practice of 3D and engineering tools (Aveva, SmartPlant, Navisworks, Tekla)
• Fluent English, Indian language appreciated
