Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple R&D projects concurrently, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

• Technical Strategy: Define and communicate the technical vision, strategy, and goals for the R&D team, aligning them with the company's overall objectives.

• Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and success.

• System Testing and Validation: Oversee the testing and validation processes for systems developed by the R&D team, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.

• Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights and support informed decision-making in the development process.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of R&D projects into the product development pipeline.

• Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuously improve product offerings.

• Resource Management: Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and procurement for R&D projects, optimizing utilization and efficiency.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree in electrochemistry or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).

• Proven experience (5+ years) in leading research and development projects in the Hydrogen environment.

• Strong technical background with expertise in system testing, validation, and analysis.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
