Your Role
As an Engineering Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance of the development teams and the alignment between technical, business, and organizational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of approximately 20 developers (recruitment, coaching, evaluation, skills development)
- Champion and deploy a coherent technical vision, aligned with the IT department's strategy
- Coordinate several squads working on different products and repositories
- Drive software quality, technical debt, and development standards
- Work closely with Product Owners, architects, and business stakeholders on value/tech prioritization
- Embody an agile mindset and contribute to Scrum / SAFe rituals
- Support teams in the sustainable resolution of technical issues
Compensation and Benefits
- A fixed salary paid over 13.5 months
- A variable bonus of €1500 + profit-sharing (between 6 and 10%)
- 2 days of remote work per week
- 25 days of RTT + 25 days of paid leave

Profile
To succeed in this role, you possess the following skills:
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in computer science or equivalent
- Proven experience in managing development teams
- Ability to unite, structure, and develop diverse technical profiles
- Solid technical skills: Java, Angular, cloud architectures (AWS), DevOps
- Good command of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Ability to build and champion a technical vision within a complex information system
- Excellent communication with teams, business stakeholders, and other parties
