Our client is a publisher specializing in cybersecurity.

The 150 employees contribute to protecting external digital assets from cyber threats (computer attacks, identity theft, counterfeiting, phishing) and help each brand secure its identity and territory on the Internet.

To support the strong growth of a major product line within the group, our client continues to structure and strengthen itself by recruiting an Engineering Manager.

You will lead a team of 7 developers responsible for applications and will also support the implementation of the structure responsible for data processing for these applications.

Responsibilities

Management & Leadership:

• Lead, animate, and grow a team of developers (back & front)
• Define objectives, support skill development and training
• Foster collaboration, communication, and best practices
• Contribute to the structuring of the data team

Technical & Product Expertise:

• Be a driving force for technical and architectural choices
• Oversee the design and development of features
• Ensure code quality, performance, and application security
• Support the Scrum Master in maintaining effective Agile operations

Technical Stack

Java 21, Python, Perl, React, GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, PostgreSQL, Spring Boot, Dropwizard.

Location

Angers (near the train station)

Remote Policy

2 days per week remote work.
