Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to resolve technical issues and enhance operational performance.

Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) with 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution of manufacturing process improvement or new product introduction projects.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies for process optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing challenges and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, and supply chain teams.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced automation) in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or manufacturing execution systems (MES) like SAP, Oracle, or Plex.
- Demonstrated experience with P&L responsibility or significant budget management for manufacturing operations.
