Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations with a strong focus on R&D, PCB design, and circuit development. This critical leadership role will be responsible for managing engineering teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring the successful transition of products from concept to full-scale production. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers, PCB designers, and circuit specialists
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence within the engineering team
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and create professional development plans for team members
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top engineering talent to support company growth objectives
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams

R&D and Product Development

• Oversee research and development initiatives for new product designs and manufacturing processes
• Lead the design and development of PCB layouts, ensuring optimal performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related engineering field with 6-10 years of engineering (including supervision) experience or equivalent.
• Strong project management skills, preferably with some knowledge of laminating, coating, and fabricating technology.
• Previous experience in R&D, applications engineering and machine design a plus.
