Your mission

• Assume leadership

of a software engineering team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure project success.

• Collaborate

with diverse teams, including cross-functional teams, to outline project requirements and deliverables effectively.

• Architect, develop, and sustain

scalable, high-performance software applications.

• Uphold

best practices, coding standards, and software development methodologies.

• Conduct

comprehensive code reviews and offer actionable feedback to maintain code integrity.

• Keep abreast

of evolving industry trends, technologies, and frameworks.

• Work closely

with the DevOps team to deploy and oversee software applications on AWS.

Your profile

• Proven track record

in leadership roles within software engineering or similar domains.

• Proficiency

in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Demonstrated ability

to inspire and motivate team members.

• Excellent skills

in Back End development, specifically with PHP Laravel.

• Knowledge

with GOLang.

• Knowledgeable

about cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS.

• Understanding

of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication

and interpersonal skills.

• Capability

to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
