French company publishing HR software for about ten years, specializing in time and activity management (GTA). Its solutions help optimize planning, ensure payroll reliability, and meet regulatory requirements.

In full acceleration, we are full of ambitious projects and promise great surprises to come.

You will join a technical and product team of fifty people divided into feature teams. You will be more closely linked to a team to manage, composed of 4-5 collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development
• Supervise and support the team
• Remain active in coding with a hands-on contribution
• Accompany and lead with impact

Profile Sought

• At least 5 years of experience in a full-stack engineer role
• Have been a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager
• Have worked in a Startup / Scaleup environment
• Have experience in a SaaS environment
• Fluent in English
• Ready to take a proactive role
