Job Summary
- Responsible for leading engineering and maintenance operations to ensure asset reliability, plant efficiency, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Also drives maintenance programs, capital projects, and process optimization while developing high-performing teams and leveraging data to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
Requirements
- HND or BSc. equivalent in engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 Years experience in engineering and maintenance roles within FMCG or food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
