Core Responsibilities

  1. Enterprise Leadership – Shape NA strategy, drive long‑term capability building, and champion transformation initiatives.
  2. CAPEX Governance – Own a $20‑40 M annual portfolio; ensure disciplined project execution, safety/quality compliance, and transparent reporting.
  3. Automation & Digital Transformation – Define and roll out a secure, scalable automation roadmap that fuels data‑driven decision making.
  4. Master‑Plan Program – Lead a 5‑10‑year supply‑capability plan, conduct gap analyses, develop investment scenarios, and embed the plan into annual business planning.
  5. Collaboration & Benchmarking – Partner with Lighthouse sites, global Transformation & OE teams, and external engineering partners; bring best‑in‑class practices and emerging tech into NA operations.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s (Industrial/Production/Chemical/Food Engineering); MBA + preferred.
  • 15+ years in senior ops/engineering roles (e.g., Ops Director, Engineering & Maintenance Director, OE & Digitalization Director).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar CAPEX portfolios, leading automation/digital initiatives, and delivering master‑plan roadmaps.
  • Deep knowledge of Lean/Operational Excellence, SAP‑S/4, GMP, food‑safety, and new‑technology adoption in food/beverage manufacturing.
