We are seeking a versatile and analytical professional to support the intersection of engineering, operations, and business analytics. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and optimizing processes through structured analysis and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical thinking, technical curiosity, and the ability to connect engineering systems with business performance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and technical data to identify inefficiencies, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities across engineering and business processes.
• Support the development of dashboards, reports, and analytical models that provide visibility into system performance, operational KPIs, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to define metrics, streamline workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis, support forecasting and capacity planning, and contribute to automation and process optimization efforts.
• Support system monitoring and reporting frameworks, assist in data pipeline and tooling improvements, and contribute to strategic planning through data insights and operational analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of data analysis, operations management, and basic engineering or system concepts is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical and operational insights into clear business recommendations.
• A proactive mindset, adaptability, and strong interest in both technical systems and business performance are essential for success in this role.
