Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Program Manager located in Natick, MA. The Engineering Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of prototype production and new product development efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategy. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing engineering processes, and ensuring project milestones are met. The role requires a combination of strategic planning, technical expertise, and effective team leadership to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Program Management, Project Management, and coordination of cross-functional teams
• Experience in Engineering Management and oversight of technical teams
• In-depth knowledge of Systems Integration and Systems Engineering principles
• Proven ability to lead projects from conception to completion within the designated timeline and budget
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Prior military experience desired; Experience in defense contracting or working with military programs is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced, on-site environment in Natick, MA
• US citizenship required. Must be able to obtain Secret security clearance.
