Our client is actively seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to join a newly established and rapidly growing PMO organization. This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to shape PMO processes, lead a team of Project Managers, and drive enterprise-wide operational initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 Project Managers
• Drive large-scale operational and manufacturing projects across multiple facilities
• Establish PMO governance, standards, and best practices
• Partner with operations, engineering, and executive leadership teams
• Manage initiatives related to:
  • Manufacturing operations
  • Supply chain optimization
  • Capacity planning
  • Inventory improvements
  • Process implementation
  • Engineering projects
• Deliver executive-level presentations and project updates
• Support organizational transformation and operational excellence initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• Direct people management experience (must have managed 4+ employees)
• Experience conducting performance reviews, mentoring, and team development
• Strong operational or manufacturing project experience
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Ability to lead both strategically and hands-on

Preferred Background

• Manufacturing / Engineering / Operations environment
• PMP Certification preferred
• Experience building PMO processes and governance
• Strong Microsoft Project & Office skills
