Engineering Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are hiring for one of our clients seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to support engineering operations and project execution. This role is critical in coordinating resources, tracking project milestones, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

You will help ensure engineering projects are delivered efficiently by supporting planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project execution
• Monitor project progress and assist in identifying and mitigating risks
• Support development of manpower planning and budget tracking
• Maintain and update project schedules
• Assist with cost and schedule variance analysis
• Prepare weekly activity and status reports
• Track department expenditures and development materials
• Provide administrative and coordination support as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or technical project support roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Experience supporting complex projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
