Engineering Project Manager

Position Overview for the Engineering Project Manager

• Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and controlling projects associated with new product development, industrialization, and cost reduction.
• Manages small to medium complexity and risk level projects to ensure quality, timing, and cost targets are met.
• Leads cross-functional teams and interfaces with all internal departments involved in projects to ensure timely progress.
• Coordinates with customers to align project deliverables with their requirements.
• Promotes standards and best practices in project management across the global community and shares knowledge to improve internal processes.

Requirements for the Engineering Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical) required.
• Strong manufacturing process background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading initiatives.
• Strong teamwork and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Effective oral and written communication skills including presentation creation.
