Engineering Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and quality standards while guiding the resolution of complex technical challenges.
• Define projects and program objectives and requirements, and estimate the engineering work scope.
• Coordinate all engineering activities within the project, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, internal customers, and parallel projects’ needs, while representing Engineering within the Project Core Team and the customer.
• Monitor and steer engineering costs, schedules, and deliverable quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities to secure robust project execution.
• Cascade relevant information, requests, and updates from the customer and Project Core Team.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in engineering (preferably aviation) with at least 7 years of experience in an aeronautical environment, or a Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience.
• Strong regulatory knowledge of EASA and/or FAA standards.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven leadership in managing complex engineering projects and multicultural teams.
• Analytical and solution oriented, able to perform under pressure and resolve technical challenges.
• Excellent communicator, with the ability to engage effectively across teams and various stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus.
