The Role

In this central role, you will coordinate and deliver multiple concurrent engineering projects within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering activities—from initial design to final delivery—are well-organized, appropriately resourced, and executed on schedule and within budget.

What You’ll Do

• Project Leadership: Manage and oversee numerous small-scale engineering projects from initiation through completion.
• Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans while tracking progress and implementing corrective actions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication across mechanical, electrical, controls, and manufacturing engineering disciplines.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and provide regular project updates to leadership.
• Process Excellence: Ensure all activities follow established engineering processes, safety requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3–7 years managing engineering or technical projects, ideally in industrial equipment, automation, or manufacturing environments.
• Education: A degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies like Gantt charts, Agile practices, and risk management.
• Core Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, a solid understanding of resource planning, and the ability to interpret complex engineering documentation.
• Team Focus: Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams is strongly preferred.
