What You’ll Do
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead cross‑functional engineering and product development projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are clearly defined and achieved
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource allocation, milestones, risk assessments, and deliverables
- Track KPIs, schedules, and costs, proactively addressing risks and roadblocks to maintain project momentum
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a central point of coordination between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations
- Foster strong communication and alignment across teams to ensure seamless execution and shared accountability
- Act as the primary project contact for senior leadership after Gate 1 approval, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and changes
Budget & Risk Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, balancing technical requirements with financial constraints
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and problem‑solving
Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve project execution processes, driving efficiency, cost savings, and repeatable success
Experience & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferred), or a degree in Business or Project Management with a strong technical background in a product development environment
Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing engineering or product development projects, preferably in a design‑and‑manufactured industrial or consumer product environment
- Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, including design, manufacturing, validation, and go‑to‑market
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, or similar
Travel
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Work Arrangement
- Standard business hours, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid work arrangement combining travel, remote‑work flexibility, and onsite collaboration at our St. Cloud, MN office

Pay Transparency Statement
In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting rate for this position ranges from $90,000.00 to $120,000.00. Please note that the range provided is an estimate and not a guarantee; the final offer will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, location, and assigned shift. Full‑time employees may also be eligible for variable compensation, company‑wide incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, the availability of benefits and programs may vary depending on the hire date, employment type, and hours worked.
