Project Manager

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of assigned initiatives, from early planning through completion. This role requires strong coordination skills, a structured approach to execution, and the ability to balance stakeholder needs with technical and business considerations.

Compensation

• This role pays $100,000–$120,000 annually, while providing optional benefits, vacation pay, and work-life balance

Key Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution to support schedule, cost, and performance objectives
• Develop project plans, milestones, and work breakdown structures to guide delivery
• Coordinate internal teams and external contributors to ensure alignment and accountability
• Monitor progress using defined metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams
• Collaborate with technical and engineering groups to clarify scope, specifications, and constraints
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks while leveraging potential opportunities
• Ensure project records, reports, and supporting documentation are current and complete

Qualifications & Experience

• PMP certification
• Post-secondary education in a business or engineering-related discipline
