Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, engineering, and operations teams
- Support employee productivity tools and internal support systems
- Utilize tools like ServiceNow and Wrike to manage workflows and tasks
- Drive effective communication, ensuring alignment across teams
- Gather requirements, ask the right questions, and ensure smooth execution
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and project tracking tools (e.g., Wrike)
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to ITIL, Incident/Problem Management
- Experience supporting IT helpdesk or employee productivity environments
- Excel proficiency
