Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, engineering, and operations teams
• Support employee productivity tools and internal support systems
• Utilize tools like ServiceNow and Wrike to manage workflows and tasks
• Drive effective communication, ensuring alignment across teams
• Gather requirements, ask the right questions, and ensure smooth execution

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and project tracking tools (e.g., Wrike)
• Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Exposure to ITIL, Incident/Problem Management
• Experience supporting IT helpdesk or employee productivity environments
• Excel proficiency
