Engineering Project Manager

Your Role

• The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for planning and driving the execution of engineering projects from end to end.
• This includes coordinating scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, on-time execution.
• Projects will range in scope from CAPEX projects to quick investigations to support the urgent needs of our HPAPI manufacturing environment.
• You will work with general contractors, skilled construction workers, internal resources across all departments, global colleagues and engineers to successfully execute assigned projects to meet the site's objectives.
• You have in-depth knowledge of engineering principles and the ability to provide technical guidance.
• You have experience in budget management, including forecasting and controlling project expenditure.
• You have proven experience in project management, overseeing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• You are skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication, effectively liaising with diverse teams and external partners.
• You are adept at problem solving and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver.
• You Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Safety, Procurement, Vendors/Contractors) on project execution.
• Ensure compliance with site standards and applicable regulations.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, BioEngineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of work experience in manufacturing, engineering, or maintenance in an industrial setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience in a GMP regulated environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Range for this position: $76,400- $118,900.
• Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
• Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
