  • Effectively manage financial resources within projects while aligning with organizational goals and operational needs.
  • Possession of valid Oregon driver’s license; excellent driving record and ability to be insured by the hospital’s auto insurance policy.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.

Essential Job Functions

  • Work directly with the Director of Engineering to define project objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services for projects.
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and forecast financial requirements.
  • Resolve technical and operational issues to maintain project timelines.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within engineering and operational processes.
  • Ensure projects comply with safety standards, engineering codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
