The Role
We’re growing and looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter who knows how to navigate technical conversations, build trust with candidates, and deliver results.
This isn’t a “fill seats” kind of role. We want someone who understands the why behind the hire.
Expertise That Stands Out
- Technical / Software recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of engineering roles, especially:
- Controls Engineers
- (You understand the types of systems, tools, and environments they work with, and know the right questions to ask)
- Exposure to High Voltage / Electrical recruiting?
- Not required, but definitely a plus ⚡
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting engineering roles within a staffing agency environment
- Ability to clearly speak to your recruiting process, approach, and success stories
- Someone who can confidently engage with technical candidates and hiring managers
