Engineering Recruiter (2–5 Years Experience)

The Role

We’re growing and looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter who knows how to navigate technical conversations, build trust with candidates, and deliver results.

This isn’t a “fill seats” kind of role. We want someone who understands the why behind the hire.

Expertise That Stands Out

• Technical / Software recruiting experience
• Strong understanding of engineering roles, especially:
  • Controls Engineers
  • (You understand the types of systems, tools, and environments they work with, and know the right questions to ask)
• Exposure to High Voltage / Electrical recruiting?
  • Not required, but definitely a plus ⚡

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience
• Proven experience recruiting engineering roles within a staffing agency environment
• Ability to clearly speak to your recruiting process, approach, and success stories
• Someone who can confidently engage with technical candidates and hiring managers
