We are looking for a dynamic Engineering Recruiter to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of engineering and aerospace requirements and experience working with US clients on C2C and W2 hiring. This role requires the ability to work on high-volume, challenging requirements and source top talent in niche engineering domains.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering and aerospace roles
  • Work on C2C/W2 hiring for US-based clients
  • Manage and deliver on high-priority and complex (hardcore) requirements
  • Source candidates using various platforms and ATS tools
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Requirements

  • Basic to good understanding of engineering and aerospace domains
  • Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies such as Electric Vehicles (EV), Powertrain, AUTOSAR, HIL, SIL, and Embedded Systems
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Experience

  • 6 months to 2 years in recruitment (preferably engineering/technical hiring)
