Duties

Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates / management of own database
• Searching, screening and short-listing quality candidates
• Building client relationships
• Negotiating offers with candidates
• Delivering the highest levels of quality candidates resulting in customer satisfaction
• Developing a referral network and demonstrating excellent headhunting skills
• Responsible for developing and learning technology, as well as market awareness
• Understanding the business, to provide top calibre resources.
• Interviewing and shortlisting the potential candidates
• Keeping track of placements and on-boarding process

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5+ years Engineering recruitment experience.
• Capable of working both permanent and contractor roles
• Must be willing and able to work in the office full-time
• Must have high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated and self-driven
• Proven track record of placement history is required (within Permanent / Contractor verticals)
• Experience of developing, improving and delivering an engineering recruitment service in a changing environment, leading others to deliver.
• Able to handle working in a pressurised environment
