About Us
We're a recruiting firm supporting a focused group of technology companies across both their engineering and commercial hiring needs. Our clients are building product and revenue teams simultaneously and need recruiting support that can move across both functions without a drop in quality.
We're currently looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team and take ownership of active searches.
Who we're looking for:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and sales or GTM roles
- Comfortable engaging software engineers and revenue professionals with equal confidence
- Research-first sourcing approach — builds pipelines through direct outreach, not job board dependency
- Able to manage multiple concurrent searches while keeping communication tight
- Professional, dependable, and outcomes-focused
Preferred but not required:
- Background in agency or independent recruiting
- Access to LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing platform
- Experience supporting SaaS or software companies at the startup or growth stage
What you'll do:
- Manage searches across engineering, data, sales, and customer success functions
- Build targeted sourcing strategies based on role requirements and candidate market
- Conduct screening calls and assess fit against role-specific criteria
- Keep hiring managers and candidates informed throughout each search
- Deliver clean, well-written candidate summaries with each submission
Work Structure:
- Fully remote
- Flexible schedule
- Contract engagement with compensation structured around search outcomes
- Small, collaborative team with shared support on select searches
- Texas-based candidates preferred but not required
This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone with a proven track record across both technical and sales hiring who operates well without close oversight.
