Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support for APS operations
- Establish and maintain work instructions and process parameters
- Lead trials to enhance coating performance and yield
- Conduct root-cause analysis for process issues
- Develop testing methods for coating characteristics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in engineering
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of thermal spray and automotive processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with continuous improvement tools
