Source PM Team Member

About the role - you will:

• Perform sputter source repair according to Troubleshooting Flowchart upon chronic failure sources identified.
• Perform sputter source conversion according to procedure per MPS plan to make sure no source disconnect.
• Perform source/components failure analysis together with equipment engineers to improve source robustness, reduce failure rate and maintain quality.
• Responsible for proper tracking of failure components and compliance of procedure.
• Feedback to management team upon issues.
• Involving in cost saving projects, work with relevant parties to work as a team to drive cost reduction.

About you:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma.
• Self-motivated and positive working attitude.
• Team player with good problem-solving skill.
• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electronic issues.
• Willing to work in clean room environment.
• Willing to work on 12hr (7.30am to 7.45pm) day shift pattern.

Your experience includes:

• Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Possess of Sputter knowledge will be an added advantage.

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations.
