Engineering Technical Change Manager

MISSIONS

To support its client Airbus, Sogeclair is looking for an Engineering Technical Change Manager to lead and coordinate technical modifications on aeronautical programs across different ATAs.

You will be at the heart of product evolution processes, ensuring the proper integration of changes while respecting quality, cost, and deadline requirements.

Your missions:

• Lead technical change requests (Engineering Changes)
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as a liaison between different design offices
• Collect and consolidate the various technical impacts of technical change requests
• Present technical change proposals in decision-making committees
• Represent and defend changes before decision-making bodies
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and completeness of technical and configuration data
• Contribute to process improvement and the evolution of methods and tools (PLM, configuration, digitalization)

PROFIL SOUHAITE

Formation:

• Engineering degree or equivalent (aeronautics, mechanical, systems, or generalist)
• Experience in configuration management or change management
• Experience in the aeronautical sector

Soft skills:

• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented

Language skills:

• Fluent French
• Fluent professional English required
