About the Role

We are currently seeking a Full Desk Engineering Technical Recruiter with 1-5 years of experience.

Any experience in the Technical staffing industry is highly valued; preferably with knowledge in the Manufacturing, Engineering, Utility or IT staffing industries.

Requirements

• Must be able to submit at least 10 fully vetted candidates per week.
• Must be able to contact at least 300 candidates per week.
• Must be able to fill at least 30 positions per year.
• Must be comfortable with making at least 6 figures per year.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, sourcing, screening, qualifying, and interviewing candidates for technical positions.
• Training will be provided.
• The position comes with a base salary + commission + Benefits.
