Your Daily Life

You will join the Software Platform teams within the Hardware & Software Technologies, Tools & Engineering Competence Center. As a true project manager, you will mobilize internal teams to develop high-value, competitive offers for Ground, Air, and Naval Radio Contact products. You will ensure these offers align with the needs of our internal clients and the entity's capabilities.

In close internal coordination with Discipline Managers and Lot Managers, your main missions will consist of:

• Analyzing tender requests from various domains
• Coordinating all teams to respond, identifying risks and opportunities
• Drafting all offer deliverables
• Leading internal reviews
• Ensuring post-offer submission follow-up, follow-ups, and reporting
• Ensuring offers are reliably taken into account in workload planning and contributing to S&OP exercises to ensure entity workload reliability

Your Profile

With an engineering degree or equivalent, you have significant experience in software project management and responding to tenders. You have knowledge of software engineering and development processes. You are recognized for your leadership, your ability to influence and mobilize. With excellent oral and written communication skills, you are always action-oriented.
