The Opportunity
- Remote position.
- Candidates must currently live in Texas.
- Must be able to travel up to 70%.
- Territory covers Denver, Texas, Kansas, Minneapolis, and Utah.
What You'll Work On
- Establish and build key stakeholder relationships inside and outside customers' laboratories and health systems.
- Provide end to end diagnostics solutions to large, complex enterprise accounts focusing on retention, penetration, and growth.
- Lead internal cross-functional teams to execute strategic account plans.
- Manage strategic account planning, sales forecasting, contract negotiation, and pricing.
- Provide organizational leadership and commercial development through coaching and mentoring.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-5+ years' experience in enterprise account sales in Diagnostics or Medical Device industry.
- Cross-functional team leadership experience.
- Ability to travel 70% domestically.
- Strong communication skills at senior levels.
- Proven track record delivering revenue targets in complex solution selling.
- Experience setting budgets and forecasting.
- Experience negotiating with senior customer management.
- Successful senior commercial organization experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
- Post-graduate MBA or equivalent highly regarded.
- Ability to analyze business environment and execute market opportunities.
- Strong networking, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Broad knowledge of laboratory practices.
- Knowledge of healthcare, technology, or management consultation markets preferred.

Additional Information
Abbott is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity. The base pay for this position is $99,300.00 - $198,700.00. Pay range may vary by location.
