About the role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 7-10 yrs experience in RCM / EHR software and services sales.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B software and service sales with a focus on achieving quota and booking targets and expanding new markets.
  • Experience in the behavioral health/mental health industry and/or related sectors such as ABA, IDD, Home Health, Adult Daycare.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement processes and regulatory requirements preferred.
  • Commercial reimbursement knowledge a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Skilled in remote customer engagement. Ie. Ability to run a virtual client meeting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory or market segment.
