Role Description
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive NEW business and expand strategic accounts. This is a hunter role focused on generating net-new revenue, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value opportunities.
You will own the full sales process—from prospecting through close—while leading internal resources to deliver tailored, profitable solutions. This role requires strong business acumen, disciplined sales execution, and the ability to engage decision-makers across multiple levels of an organization.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within security integration or a related industry with proven track record.
- Demonstrated success and proven ability to generate NEW business and manage customer relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing complex, solution-based sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Basic technical understanding of security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion, etc.).
- Experience with CRM systems (ConnectWise preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required.

Performance Expectations
- Achieve or exceed annual revenue quota
- Maintain consistent pipeline coverage of 3–5x quota
- Generate a steady flow of qualified new opportunities monthly
- Drive strong forecast accuracy (±10%)
- Maintain high activity levels across prospecting, meetings, and customer engagement

Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000+
- Uncapped Comission
- OTE: $150,000 - $220,000+
