Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join their growing sales force in Ibadan, Oyo, NG . This is a high-impact role responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with large enterprise clients. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual sales targets for enterprise accounts. Identify and prospect new enterprise-level business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and industry events. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target enterprise organizations. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand complex client challenges and requirements. Develop and deliver compelling, customized presentations and proposals that articulate the value proposition of our client's solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product management, technical support) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software. Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies. Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company. Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in enterprise sales, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quotas. Successful track record of selling complex solutions to large enterprise clients. Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and sales process management. Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand diverse industry needs. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. Ability to work independently and manage a remote territory effectively. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with C-level executives.
