What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on enterprise and strategic accounts to foster new business and expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term growth, engaging with technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead complex sales engagements, showcasing Arrow's cloud marketplace (ArrowSphere) and AI solutions (AI 360) as part of customer transformation initiatives.
  • Create and deliver executive-level presentations, workshops, and solutions demonstrations to translate technical capabilities into valuable business outcomes.
  • Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline with a strong focus on forecasting, deal progression, and CRM hygiene.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with customer priorities and business strategies.
  • Facilitate growth within accounts through land and expand strategies, engaging at both functional and executive levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, product, and leadership to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies, providing insights to shape product roadmaps and partner initiatives.
  • Engage with external partners (MSPs, CSPs, distributors) to accelerate pipeline development and yield joint opportunities.
  • Create compelling ROI-driven business cases and lead negotiations through to successful closure.

What We're Looking For

  • Over 10 years of enterprise technology sales experience, particularly in cloud, SaaS, or platform solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in leading full-cycle enterprise sales, including prospecting and closing complex deals.
  • Experience selling into large organizations with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven capacity to align solutions with customer strategies and transformation needs.
  • Technical expertise in cloud, SaaS, artificial intelligence, or data infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with cloud marketplaces and consumption models is highly advantageous.
  • Aptitude for delivering powerful executive-level storytelling, inclusive of workshops and transformation narratives.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger) and disciplined pipeline management skills.
  • Experience collaborating in matrixed environments across various technical and product teams.
  • Ability to nurture relationships across diverse functions such as IT, finance, engineering, and business leadership.
  • Robust business acumen to translate technical solutions into financial and operational impacts.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality, capable of strategizing and executing tactically.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Work Arrangement

Fully Remote position, with a requirement to travel to an Arrow office location when requested by leadership.

Compensation

Annual Hiring Range: $191,300 - $265,838.67. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
