Our client, a rapidly expanding enterprise solutions provider, is looking for a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join their sales team in Maiduguri, Borno, NG . This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, allowing you to manage your territory effectively. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing significant deals with large enterprise clients across various industries. Your primary objective will be to exceed ambitious sales targets by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting compelling solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in complex B2B sales, particularly within the enterprise software or services sector. You should be a master of consultative selling, capable of navigating intricate sales cycles and engaging with C-level executives. Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to achieving sales quotas are essential. You will leverage your expertise to develop account penetration strategies, manage a robust sales pipeline, and forecast accurately. Furthermore, you will work closely with pre-sales engineers and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through to post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned territory revenue goals. Identify and prospect new enterprise-level opportunities through various channels. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client business challenges and objectives. Present and demonstrate our client's solutions effectively, highlighting value propositions and ROI. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical support, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the CRM system. Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and product updates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding quota. Proven ability to sell complex solutions to large organizations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
