Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to net new enterprise clients and exceed sales targets.
  • Prospect Fortune 500 companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Work with a sales development team but be willing and able to self source leads.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to strengthen industry knowledge and build networks.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in SaaS sales. MarTech preferred.
  • 3+ years closing Fortune 500 accounts.
  • 5+ years at the Enterprise Account Executive level - hunting and closing enterprise logos.
  • 5-10+ years total closing SaaS experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience within one company - jumpy profiles will not be considered.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales software.
