About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will oversee client accounts in the higher education sector. You will collaborate with Nurse Educators, Deans, and Directors at Higher Education Institutions to promote our Nursing curriculum materials, patient simulations, and NCLEX prep testing products. Your primary goal will be to drive institutional success with our flagship products and expand Elsevier's presence across Nursing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts by actively promoting and selling our Nursing curriculum materials and digital products.
  • Drive revenue growth by ensuring effective implementation and adoption of our solutions.
  • Identify client needs through solution-based selling techniques, emphasizing the full value of our offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, coordinating training, and offering recommendations based on performance to support account growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Track sales pipeline, leads, and sales cycles utilizing CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Play a lead role in renewing and upselling to our enterprise customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in technology, higher education, publishing, or healthcare sectors.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to various audiences.
  • Familiarity with curriculum-based SaaS tools or educational technology systems.
  • Customer-centric approach to relationship building and collaboration.
  • Genuine interest in health science education and technology integration in education.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Compensation

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home-based - New York $79,500 - $132,200. Total Target Cash Range: $122,100 - $203,300. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on the sales role; please discuss with the recruiter. If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $86,700 - $144,200, and the total target cash range is $133,200 - $221,700. For Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $72,200 - $120,200, with a total target cash range of $111,000 - $184,800. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $72,200 - $120,200, Total Target Cash Range: $111,000 - $184,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
