Enterprise Account Executive – ServiceNow Elite Partner (Financial Services)

I am working with a high-growth ServiceNow Elite Partner that is expanding its Financial Services practice and looking to hire a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive focused specifically on strategic Financial Services accounts across the NYC market.

This is a true enterprise hunting role focused on driving net-new business and strategic account expansion within major Financial Services organisations. Ideal for someone with strong existing relationships across banking, insurance, capital markets or broader FinServ enterprise accounts who understands how to navigate complex ServiceNow sales cycles.

Compensation

• $140k-170k base salary + double OTE
• Fully remote role, but candidates must reside in the NYC area

What You’ll Do

• Drive net-new ServiceNow consulting and transformation opportunities within Financial Services accounts
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and senior business stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with ServiceNow field sales, alliances and delivery teams
• Position complex ServiceNow transformation solutions across enterprise environments
• Develop strategic territory and account growth plans across the NYC FinServ market

What You Bring

• 7–10+ years enterprise technology/services sales experience
• Strong existing Financial Services relationships within the NYC market
• Proven success exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas
• Strong experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Strong understanding of enterprise consulting and digital transformation sales motions
• Excellent executive presence and consultative selling capability
• Hunter mentality with strong pipeline generation and prospecting ability
