THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager who knows how to grow — not just maintain. You'll own a portfolio of large enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees), building the kind of deep, multi-threaded relationships across HR, Finance, and Procurement that turn satisfied customers into long-term, expanding partnerships.

You'll be the primary driver of net revenue retention and expansion within your book of business, combining consultative selling, organizational intelligence, and relentless follow-through. What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts (5,000+ employee companies), serving as their primary strategic partner at Giftogram.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell revenue by deeply understanding each account's organizational structure, business objectives, and reward program maturity.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across HR, Finance, Procurement, and C-suite stakeholders — not just a single point of contact.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, ROI conversations, and strategic planning sessions to deepen customer investment in the platform.
  • Identify and navigate internal champions, budget holders, and decision-makers using enterprise-grade account planning and political mapping.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless account experiences and feed market insights back into the roadmap.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly expansion quotas, with performance rewarded through accelerators above target.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and expansion opportunities in CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot) with discipline and rigor.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B account management or enterprise sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of expansion and upsell.
  • Proven success working with HR, Finance, or Procurement buyers at enterprise organizations (5,000+ employees).
  • Skilled at navigating large organizations — you understand how buying decisions get made, who actually holds influence, and how to move deals forward across layers of stakeholders.
  • You don't wait for expansion opportunities to come to you. You spot whitespace, build a case, and go get it.
  • Strong executive presence — comfortable presenting to and building credibility with senior leaders.
  • Able to read a room, adapt your approach, and build genuine trust with a wide range of personalities and titles.
  • Organized and precise under complexity — you can carry a large book of business without letting anything slip.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $75,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience
  • On-target earnings: $90,000 – $120,000 with uncapped accelerators above quota — because we believe top performance deserves top recognition
