You will be responsible for managing complex, high-value client relationships while ensuring successful delivery of advanced marketing data and analytics solutions. Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end enterprise client relationships, ensuring successful delivery across the full lifecycle from onboarding to expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging marketing analytics and AI tools to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Independently design and execute detailed project plans, coordinating resources and timelines in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Lead strategic client meetings, consultations, and workshops to align on goals, expectations, and delivery outcomes.
- Drive customer success by ensuring high-quality execution, adoption, and measurable value from delivered solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across stakeholders.
- Manage contract discussions, identify upsell opportunities, and support account growth and budget planning.
Requirements
- Fluent English with strong communication skills and the ability to confidently lead client conversations and workshops.
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as Account Manager, Project Lead, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working within a marketing agency environment, ideally managing enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign performance, and data-driven decision-making.
- Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to query, validate, and troubleshoot data for analytics use cases.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to independently plan, coordinate, and deliver complex projects.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Strong ownership mindset, proactive approach, and ability to independently solve customer challenges.
- Curiosity toward AI tools and willingness to explore new technologies is a plus.
