In this role you will launch and scale a new Ireland territory for a global AI-powered observability leader. You will design the market approach, build partner strategy, and land flagship enterprise customers to drive long-term expansion. Reporting to the UKI Regional VP, you’ll shape Dynatrace’s Ireland footprint and culture from the ground up. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial leadership opportunity with strong growth potential. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver rapid value and scalable execution.

- Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and set the stage for long-term adoption and growth
Requirements
- Experience selling enterprise software into complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Deep understanding of Irish markets, especially financial services and central government
- Proven ability to build a territory from scratch (market mapping, outbound strategy, partner development)
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
- Disciplined territory planning and pipeline generation with channel, cloud, and ISV partners
- Consistent track record of acquiring net-new customers and quota attainment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working without an existing customer base
- Expertise in MEDDPICC with a track record of rigorous qualification-led sales cycles
- Fluency with modern AI tools to accelerate planning, research, and productivity
- Strong understanding of observability, cloud, DevOps, and modern applications landscape
