Responsibilities

• Define metrics for AI and Copilot engagement
• Create comprehensive reporting frameworks with Power BI
• Evaluate collaborative trends with Microsoft Viva Insights
• Track metrics for user adoption and prompt usage
• Deliver actionable analytics to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar
• 5 to 7+ years experience in enterprise analytics or business intelligence
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Viva Insights
• Strong skills in data communication and storytelling
• Background in AI adoption analytics preferred
