Responsibilities

• Configure SAP APM components including compensation rules
• Support calculation cycles, simulations, and payout validations
• Build automated extracts and secure data feeds
• Develop operational reports using Power BI or Tableau
• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data output

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 3–7 years experience with SAP APM or similar platforms
• Strong SQL skills and data warehousing experience
• Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT tools
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI
